"Britt! I just wanted to say thank you so much for this challenge, I am so so grateful I decided to do it! Honestly before starting with you I was a bit of a mess, I was unhappy in my body, had lost all self confidence and was feeling so confused. I thought I was eating healthy but I would punish my body with hardcore exercise everyday and saw no results. I felt hopeless. Throughout the 8 week program I have learnt SO MUCH! I was eating things I never dreamed of being able to eat whilst "dieting". I am so much more aware of how to eat smarter now and still enjoy all the good stuff.
